TL;DR: Got home to find my computer physically boots but no peripherals detect a signal (monitor says no signal, mouse/kbd dont light up), as screen is black I can't even get to BIOS to troubleshoot software. Tried replacing CMOS motherboard battery and trying peripherals on different PC, where they worked fine.
