The Low Income Housing Institute develops, owns and operates housing for the benefit of low-income, homeless and formerly homeless people in Washington State. LIHI is one of the largest providers of tiny house village shelters in the nation.

LIHI served 1,600 men, women, and children across their network of tiny home villages, and of those, 55% moved into permanent housing once they exited the programs.
