Searched all over Springfield Armory's website for a "online" new gun registration and can't find it. Am I missing something or will I have to do it the old fashion way - US mail ?

How viable would converting a 40 cal Springfield EMP to 357 Sig? Would the Springfield Custom Shop take on this work, and how reliable would it be? Would it be cost prohibitive? Would it be better to attempt with a Hi-Power?

With that said don't care for dots or the Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro 😆. The Ruger sight is very interesting as it does not have a battery. It turns on from solar after 1 to 3 seconds. But the dot is not visible on cloudy days or inside a range. It does appear to co-witness on a Hellcat Pro. But it is also non adjustable. Yes.

Nothing special but it was originally developed specifically for the Springfield Armory XD Subcompact & Micro LW Operator 1911. It was even private labeled (in typical SA fashion) and sold as the XML.
